Sanderson's is a mood-food focused cafe concept founded by F&B entrepreneur Sergio Lopez with locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including a location in The Sustainable City – a designed, self-sustaining community that uses renewable energy sources, such as solar power, to meet its energy needs. It also incorporates a number of sustainable features, such as green roofs, rainwater harvesting systems, and organic waste recycling, in order to reduce its environmental impact, and makes it easily accessible for the community and businesses within to operate sustainably.

Sanderson's serves as a relaxed haven in a fast-paced city, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The menu at Sanderson's focuses on providing diners with nutritious, sustainable, and wholesome food, using the highest quality, seasonal ingredients and cooked from scratch; also boasting some of “the best coffee in town”. The cafe believes that the food we eat can have a powerful effect on our health and mood, and has created a menu with specially engineered recipes and dishes that use superfood ingredients with health benefits for the mind and body. In addition to supporting a balanced and healthy lifestyle through food, Sanderson's also carries a select line of sustainable products to help consumers on their personal sustainability journey, such as reusable coffee mugs.
